Oliver Fabio Piattella
Research Interests
Most of the energy content of the Universe is associated with dark matter and dark energy, whose fundamental nature remains unknown. My work explores theoretical approaches to these open questions and their observational consequences.
My main research interests include:
dark matter and dark energy;
the cosmological constant problem;
modified theories of gravity;
alternatives to particle dark matter;
large-scale structure and cosmological tensions;
gravitational lensing;
the physics of the primordial Universe.
